HAYNES, Samuel (1735-1811), of Sunning Hill, Berks.

Haynes was returned for Brackley on the interest of the Duke of Bridgwater, whom his son-in-law J. W. Egerton succeeded in 1803 as 7th Earl of Bridgwater. Being of that connexion Haynes adhered to Pitt.

He died 18 June 1811.
