HOWELL, David (?1751-1804), of Lanbaren, Cornw.

In 1784 Howell successfully contested Mitchell on the interest of Sir Francis Basset. In Parliament he regularly voted against Pitt’s Administration. There is no record of his having spoken before 1790.

He died in 1804.
