In 1662 he was granted a share of rectory and tithes of Wiston, Pemb. which had formerly belonged to Thomas Wogan*.CSP Dom. 1661-2, p. 489. At his d. Hyde held rectory and parsonage of Dinton, as well as manors of Dinton, Durnford and Grymstead, and a newly-built house in Chancery Lane, London.PROB11/316/571.
