BULKELEY, Richard, 5th Visct. Bulkeley [I] (1707-39), of Baron Hill, Anglesey.

Succeeding while still under age, the 5th Viscount elected to sit for the safe borough seat in preference to the county. Like his father a Tory, he voted against the Government till his death at the age of 31, 15 Mar. 1739.
