Philip Jennings, a lawyer and nephew of Sir John Jennings, to whom he presumably owed his return, voted for the septennial bill in 1716, against the repeal of the Occasional Conformity and Schism Acts in 1719, but for the peerage bill in that year. He did not stand again, dying on 10 Feb. 1740.
