Pembroke, Oxf. 1770. m. 19 Feb. 1778, Mary Eliza, da. of John Corbet, s.p. suc. fa. 13 Sept. 1788; and to the estates of his uncle John Powell 1797, and assumed add. name of Powell; cr. Bt. 3 Oct. 1818.
