Inn 1783, called 1790. m. 14 Jan. 1804, Mary, da. and h. of Francis Wastie of Cowley and Haseley, s.p. Took name of Wastie by Act of Parliament 23 May 1832 to hold estates for life following d. of w. (12 Oct. 1831). d. 13 Aug. 1835.
