(1 d.v.p.). Hornby’s obituary in Preston Chron. 20 Nov. 1857 and his will show that he had four children, not one as stated in HP Commons, 1790-1820, iv. 233. suc. fa. to Scale Hall, Lancs. and Dalton 1812. d. 18 Nov. 1857.
