HARLEY, Edward, Lord Harley (1726-90).

Harley was the only courtesy lord among the Tories returned in 1754. He had spoken repeatedly in his first Parliament, but no speech or vote of his is recorded during the year 1754-5.

He died 8 Oct. 1790.
