PLUMER, William (1687-1767), of Blakesware, Herts.

Plumer, an old Whig, was returned unopposed for Hertfordshire at a by-election in 1755. There is no record of any vote or speech by him in that Parliament.

He died 12 Dec. 1767, aged 80.
