NOEL, Hon. James (1711-52), of Exton, Rutland.

The son of the leading Tory peer in Rutland, Noel was returned unopposed for the county, voting against the Administration in every recorded division except on the motion for Walpole’s dismissal in 1741, which he opposed. He died 17 June 1752.
