NOEL, Hon. John (1659-1718), of North Luffenham, Rutland and Walcot, Northants.

Noel, whose family had represented Rutland since the sixteenth century, was returned unopposed as a Whig in 1715, voting for the septennial bill in 1716. He died 26 Dec. 1718.
