LOWE, John (d.1632), of Salisbury, Wilts.

Lowe was a lawyer, of counsel to Salisbury cathedral by 1606, when he presented a piece of plate. During the course of his career he bought a number of Wiltshire properties, but how he came to sit for Wootton Bassett in 1597 has not been ascertained.
